SBIA has designed a T-Shirt and trucker hat as a fundraiser and are making plans for Silent Auction and 50/50 raffle for the day of the event. T-shirt/hat sales end on June 29th. If you would like to contribute items for the silent auction, please contact Dan Chester or a Board member.
As a community we would like to give back to those in need. We are planning a Food Drive to donate all collected to the Lighthouse Food Drive. At this time we are seeking responsible kids from the neighborhood who can go door-to-door to collect the cans on Saturday/Sunday August 10th & 11th. Ideally we are looking for 3 crews to divide up the work with at least 3 kids per crew. Please contact a board member if you would like to lead a crew or volunteer as a worker.
As we have several new homes being built in our subdivision that require the City to have inspectors passing down our streets, there are two ‘asks’ from the City that will help keep our community more pristine and safe and code compliant.
Garbage cans: All garbage cans should be stored in your garage or if stored outside behind a screened area and not visible from the street.
Premises identification: Your address numbers are placed in a position that is plainly legible from the street.
