Shady Beach Master Plan
Also, The SBIA Board has been working on a Master Plan to make improvements to our community. In today’s newsletter, we are including a survey that contains the preliminary list of projects and an opportunity for all of our members to suggest additional projects that you would like considered by the membership. We encourage all members to participate in this planning effort.
Once we have captured all the improvement projects, we will send out a second survey asking members to rank the projects. From there, the Board will get quotes on the top ranked projects, determine a funding plan and timeline, and then present to the membership a draft plan for feedback and input.
